Will there be a deposit for new students who join Willow Academy?There will be a one-month deposit fee for new students joining Willows. This will be refunded if students provide a one-month notice prior to the date of their last class.

Does Willow Academy offer trial lessons?We offer new students a low-risk opportunity to try out our lessons by providing a paid trial of four lessons. This means that when you enrol, you only need to pay for the four lessons and no upfront registration fees or deposits are required.

Is the teaching in Willow Academy in line with the MOE syllabus?At Willow Academy, our teaching resources are uniquely tailored to meet your child's academic requirements. We meticulously align ourselves with the MOE syllabus, while also staying attuned to evolving examination trends and national exams (‘O’/’N’ Level), ensuring your child receives education that directly addresses their school demands.

What is the average class size?Each class will host about 2 to 5 students.

What other fees do I have to pay if I am interested in enrolling with Willow Academy?Other fees include a registration fee and deposit fee. The registration fee is a one-time fee of $50 (non-refundable). Moreover, there will be a one-month deposit fee for new students joining Willow Academy. This will be refunded if students provide a one-month notice prior to the date of their last class. Additionally, we do not charge any material fees and it will be provided for each topic for each lesson respectively.

How does Willow Academy collect its fees?Tuition fees (Payment for 4 lessons) have to be paid in advance at the start of the month via Paynow, NETS, or cheque. In the event that a student was to commence mid-term, we will collect the fees for 4 lessons. For the following month, we will prorate your fees accordingly and you will only need to pay for the lessons during the remaining weeks left in that month. In subsequent months, we will collect payment at the beginning of the month.

What Should I do if my Child is unable to attend a lesson?We offer 2 solutions for students who are unable to attend their lessons: 1. Make-Up Classes You may email us at willowacademyoflearning@gmail.com to arrange for a make-up class within the same academic week. Do note that we should be informed 24 hours before the start of the original lesson timing. We strongly encourage students to go for make-up classes so as not to miss the subject content for that week. Make-up classes are subject to availability. 2. Credit-Transfer Lesson fees can be waived in the form of a credit transfer if the proper documentation is submitted prior to the start of the lesson. The proper documentation can come in the form of the following: Medical Certificates School Letter/Consent forms Any Form of proof of Travel The credit transfer will only be applicable for the immediate month after. The tuition fees will be prorated based on the credit transfer. Do also note that a maximum of 1 credit transfer will be allowed each month. Willow Academy reserves the right to not issue any credit transfer if no proper documentation is provided.

What happens if there is a 5th lesson in the month?The fees indicated on the class schedule are for a total of four lessons. As such, if there is a 5th lesson in the month, fees will be pro-rated accordingly.
